Recipe: Absinthe (the Cocktail)

There’s No Absinthe in It.

This is not an absinthe cocktail.

As a writer who simultaneously pursues the latest and greatest in both cocktails and hot dogs, I don’t get many opportunities to do a twofer. Few cocktails bars serve hot dogs. (PDT is a major exception. And there is a place in Kyiv called Dogs & Tails.) And almost no hot dog joints sell cocktails.
