We just experienced the cold glass swap at the American Bar at the Savoy in London. Lovely.

The linked video has Ginebra San Miguel gin listed for the Golden Martini. Was that what you had? Any recommendations? I'm not familiar with Ginebra. Thanks!!

The otherwise average American steakhouse chain Hillstone also does the "bring you a new cold glass mid-way through drinking" trick.

If/when y'all ever pass thru Vegas, you must pay a visit to bartender Dean, and sommelier John, at Hugo's Cellar below the Four Queen's casino floor. Dean is a stabber, and the only place/person I've ever seen it done (granted, I'm nowhere near the travelers as y'all). Ordering a cocktail there is like getting 2-3 because he serves his cocktails in glassware rimmed with crushed ice, along with the rest of the cocktail in a small carafe nestled in a crystal bucket filled with crushed ice. It's a classic Vegas steakhouse, with most employees long-termers, but I like to just visit Dean at the bar and meet people from all over who are doing the same. For your list. 😎🥃

Robert, I love the rooftop bar of the Hotel Majestic in Barcelona. Lots of G&T's on the menu. Thank you for sharing the Golden Martini. Tricia
