Great list of ideas! I also recommend Garret Richard and Ben Schaffer's 🌴"Tropical Standards"🌴 (my second favorite cocktail book this year after Robert's) for any tropical drink experimentalists out there. Learned a lot of fascinating tidbits about bananas and how to use them in drinks — plus, tons of recipes for offbeat summer favs such as Tijuana Taxi, Beachcomber Negroni and Yacht Rock.
This year, I'm buying cocktail friends custom made ice cube stamps. There are a few sites where you can download a .png file sketch of the mold that you want. I've been using stamptitude.com.
It's such a great joint. Used to be a dark greasy place to get a great burger and beer and catch great music. Then a remodel now great cocktails to be had, still great music, and a small pizza kitchen doling out tasty pies. When y'all come out for a book signing event at The Writer's Block or Ferguson's Downtown or the Office of Collection or the Beverly Theater or The Silver Stamp, you'll need to check it out. Stay a couple nights to check out Esther's Kitchen, Sparrow+Wolf, Buldogi's, and give me a shout I'll take y'all out on a short drive into the beautiful Mojave Desert to see things most tourists to Vegas never see or experience! I'll batch Racebrook Rye Manhattans to hydrate while we sit and enjoy the incredible landscape 😎🥃
Incredible list here, thanks for including me! I’d suggest Another around Another Rally as a great charitable organization as well as the ones listed. Cheers!

Good call!
Good stuff! Thanks for the shout out. And I think this is the holiday season I finally order some sausage and cheese from Usinger’s.
You will not regret it.

Thanks! Sounds like an amazing gift!
Those finger puppets!!
Out here in Las Vegas we have
Miracle on Spring Mountain at the legendary Sand Dollar Blues Lounge (original location) and
Miracle on Main St at the newer Sand Dollar inside the Plaza Hotel and Casino in Old Vegas.
Fun stuff (NOT on the Strip)!!
I’d love to visit the sand Dollar Blues Lounge.
