This is great. I agree with a lot of the ones that I've had, and it reminded me of places/drinks I've had but need to get back to ... And it has given me more to try... a great evening to-do list. Informative too... had no idea the Cosmo came from Odeon!!

I don't know what happened to me. I started reading this a couple of hours ago, and all of a sudden ended up deep in rabbit hole. Somewhere, I ended up with a free .pdf of the Nomad bar book. I had the initial one that comes "hidden" with the Nomad recipe book, but this one was more comprehensive which I didn't realize. Been furiously scanning through to see what I can make with what I have on hand. Its now late and I need to get the hell home, and I still haven't made it that far into this post.
We capped off a fun family Sunday in the city with a first time visit to The Campbell Bar for a NY 50 Manhattan … oh my, what a beautiful setting for a cocktail. Thx for the recommendation!

The Garibaldi at Dante. When I was a Dante newb, Robert recommended the Garibaldi. I took the hint. It is truly an iconic drink.
